Following the successful launch of Heartfield Ventilation & Air Conditioning’s new Kitchen Ventilation Division nearly 18 months ago, the company has grown its customer base and portfolio of project work. As a result of this success and in order to maintain its high standards of customer service, HVAC has recruited additional staff and significantly, two of these are:
Rose Lazell to Project Administration and Sales Support; with her long experience in the industry, Rose moved from Britannia Kitchen Ventilation to HVAC in January of this year and brings a real spark of life to our internal support services.
Rose says: “I am delighted to have joined the team at HVAC and I am looking forward to the new challenges that lie ahead, whilst helping to build and strengthen our market position.”
Jim Dixon to Senior Design & Project Manager; having worked in various design and projects roles through the industry and most recently as production manager for Britannia Kitchen Ventilation, Jim’s vast knowledge will be applied to his new role in Project Management to help bolster the design and management services that HVAC is renowned for in its system work.
“My new role enables me to get back in front of customers again and help HVAC deliver the service it is renowned for.” Says Dixon.
Ian Levin, HVAC’s General Manager of Kitchen Ventilation says: ‘I am so pleased to welcome Rose & Jim to HVAC. I have had the great pleasure of working closely with them both for many years and I know that we will create a formidable team capable of the very best response to customer needs and a project support service that will be second to none. This goes hand-in-hand with HVAC ethos of putting customers first, through our unique ISO quality, environmental & OHSAS Health & Safety accreditations. To the best of my knowledge, no other company in Kitchen Ventilation enjoys all three of these qualifications’.
The timing of these appointments coincides with HVAC’s launch of three new product ranges: Zephyr Canopies, ServiClad services distribution units and WallClad splash-back systems, leading the way on quality and value for money.
