Established in 1985, HVAC is a medium-sized design-and-build company specialising in new or refurbishment mechanical projects across retail, commercial and industrial markets. We have the benefit of directly-employed manufacture and installation staff, backed up by qualified and experienced engineers making customer satisfaction a priority.

Along with our own in house manufacturing facility and laser cutting machine we can ensure that all deadlines are met at very competitive rates

With this in mind, we have been fortunate to retain repeat business from department stores, supermarkets, HM Prisons, leisure parks, hospitals and have worked on the Eden Project in Cornwall.

Our flexible approach to contracting allows our staff and services to be utilised over nightwork and weekend shifts to suit the client’s requirements. Projects are managed well and backed-up by programmes incorporating detailed Health & Safety documentation. HVAC staff have regular formal training in the use of access equipment, first aid and site safety.

We can also offer a complete turnkey service which can include commissioning of the systems on completion, record drawings and Operation & Maintenance manuals.
